Telluride Real Estate Recovery Gains Momentum

After several seasons of inconsistent activity, the Telluride real estate market is showing bold signs of a steady recovery trend across multiple market segments. Beginning with a flurry of showing activity and subsequent sales within the historic area of Downtown Telluride, the market momentum has since translated to a series of significant sales being recorded in both the Mountain Village and outlying ranch areas within the region.

In the last 45 days alone there have been 22 sales contracts over $2m pending or closed. These included:

  • 7 Homes in the Town of Telluride with selling prices ranging between $2m-$4m
  • 4 Homes in the Mountain Village with prices ranging between $2.9m – $11.3m
  • 4 Ranch Properties ranging between $2.7m – $17m.
